Backup (NAS backup and tape library)

At least three (3) comparable reference contracts shall be identified which have been completed (minimum requirement) in the last three years (whichever is the expiry date of the tender). A reference order is comparable if it meets the following requirements: a delivery and assembly backup solution from a disk-based NAS backup repository and tape library; b delivery and basic configuration of the software required for operation; and c commissioning of the backup solution. and the reference also appears to be comparable with the present contract. In the case of services carried out in the context of a consortium, as a subcontractor or in any other way jointly with other undertakings, only those services and parts of the contract actually provided by the tenderer shall be taken into account.

In addition, a minimum annual turnover of the bidder in the last three financial years in relation to the scope of activity of this tender - delivery and licensing backup solution from a disk-based NAS backup repository as a primary backup target and a tape library (including assembly, basic configuration commissioning) - in the amount of EUR 40,000 net p.a. is required.

The bidder insures, via an insurance cover for personal, material, occupational damage and direct pure property damage from IT installation, configuration and commissioning services with a coverage sum of 1 million. the euro. or The tenderer assures that in the event of an order, he will take out a corresponding insurance. The tenderer must fulfil one of the abovementioned requirements as a minimum requirement. Proof of insurance shall be provided immediately after conclusion of the contract.

The company is listed in the relevant commercial registers of our Member State of establishment or an entry in the relevant commercial registers of the Member State of establishment is not required.
