   The subject of the tender is the provision, implementation and operation of an integrated, cloud-based procurement suite to support procurement and supplier management processes in the Group of Technische Werke Dresden GmbH (TWD). The solution is to be provided as a standardized SaaS application from a manufacturer and create a uniform platform for the digitization, standardization and efficient control of procurement processes. As part of the first wave of introductions, the scope of services includes the functions of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) as well as catalogue management and the handling of catalogue orders. The solution is designed to provide end-to-end support for processes from supplier registration to qualification, evaluation and risk assessment up to ordering from approved catalogues. In addition, the offered suite will form the basis for a later expansion of further procurement functions. These include functions of the source-to-contract (S2C), further procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes and guided buying. The goal is the long-term establishment of an integrated, sustainable and largely standard-oriented procurement platform with a common database, a uniform user interface and a consistent role and authorization concept. The client expressly pursues the principle "standard before individualization". Individual developments should be limited to the technically and technically necessary minimum in order to ensure a high release capability, low operating costs and a sustainable further development of the solution.
