Delivery, implementation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a LiDAR-based sensor-based boarding supervision (SBBS) for boarding gates in Terminal 1 of Frankfurt/Main Airport The subject of this award is the following services: FraAlliance GmbH intends to roll out a sensor-based boarding supervision (SBBS) at the relevant boarding gates of Terminal 1 at Frankfurt/Main Airport after a successful proof of concept at Gate Z22. The subject is the planning, delivery, implementation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a LiDAR-based solution including sensor hardware, on-premises edge AI infrastructure, VPN gateway, cloud-based software platform and integration, support and maintenance services. In particular, the solution is intended to automatically detect unauthorized double passages (tailgating) at Quick Boarding Gates and to alert them in real time, to record passenger numbers per boarding event, to monitor queues and occupancy in gate areas, to make the boarding and de-boarding flow visible and to provide historical data including event lists and replay for analysis. Event and KPI data must be able to be integrated into FraAlliance data infrastructure via documented interfaces, in particular API and MQTT. The rollout is intended for a total of up to 30 gates in the boarding gate area A and up to 26 gates in the boarding gate areas A-Plus and Z and is to take place in several independently deliverable shafts. The contract also includes planning and validation of sensor positions, calibration, acceptance support (FAT/SAT), training, documentation, preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts supply, safety and software updates and technical support. The processing of the LiDAR data must be completely anonymous. The collection of video or biometric data shall not be permitted. Backend and cloud infrastructure must be operated within the EU/EEA. The performance of the offered solution must be proven in the context of an approval test at Frankfurt Airport during the tendering procedure. With the request to participate, the confidentiality agreement provided must be completed and signed.

Indication of references for previously executed orders in the form of a self-declaration of services provided in the last maximum of 3 years with indication of a reference designation, the designation of the client, the date of commencement and, if applicable, the completion of the service provision, the order volume in € net and the services / characteristics provided. As a minimum, at least 2 references must be available. A minimum order volume is specified in the amount of € 750,000.00. The minimum required services / characteristics (5.1: must be fulfilled for all references).

As a minimum, an average annual total turnover of min. 1,500,000,00 €, net, otherwise the applicant or the applicant community will be excluded.
