Benchmarking and Optimization of Hospital Work advisory service for a period of 24 months for the needs of the Provincial Medical Hospital in Kielce.

The subject of the contract is an advisory service in the field of benchmarking and optimizing the work of the Hospital for a period of 24 months for the purposes of the Provincial Hospital in Kielce, i.e. in particular: a) Performing an analysis of the activities of the Hospital on the basis of the data provided: electronic billing messages and contracts with NFZ, data on costs and revenues of the Hospital and individual organizational units, information on the organisational structure and operation of the Hospital b) Develop eight quarterly reports of the Hospital Work Simulator in electronic version and make them available to the Ordering Authority on MyHospital for the period from 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2028. III and IV quarter 2026 I , II , III and IV quarter 2027 I and II quarter 2028 c) Verification of accounts with NFZ indicating cases of incorrect, incomplete and non-optimal settlement for all hospitalisations for the period from 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2028 (d) Development of eight quarterly reports of JGP Single Patient Groups. e) Development of eight quarterly reports of complicated and extended cases. f) Development of eight quarterly reports by the Medical Work Simulator. (g) The development of eight quarterly SOR reports with the current update. h) Development and transmission in the form of printed brochures, eight comprehensive analysis descriptions for the Directorate, and individual dedicated descriptions - for the Heads of individual branches (i) The Contractor shall be obliged to provide at least one four-day consultation visit to the Contracting Authority during the execution of the contract. (j) The Contractor is obliged to provide at least one four-hour videoconference during the performance of the contract. (k) The Contractor shall be obliged to provide at least two one-day training visits to the Contracting Authority during the performance of the contract. l) INFOBOX system service with one general panel. (m) Monitoring the level of Contract Implementation with NFZ – Contract Implementation Monitor. (n) Verification of accounts with the NFZ for the period from 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2028.
