What the buyer wants

The target of the acquisition is Broadcom (VMware) VCF service and related support services on demand and Advanced Services. The subject-matter and requirements of the procurement are detailed in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The subscriber chooses one (1) supplier with whom it contracts. The contract will only be used by Isteki Oy and only Isteki Oy and the selected Supplier will be involved in the resulting contract. For the sake of clarity, it is concluded that Istek's customers are not parties to this tender or to the contract awarded on the basis thereof. The contract shall enter into force upon signature by both parties. The Agreement shall remain in force until 1.4.2030. Licences and Services under the Agreement are available to the Client no later than 1.4.2027 at 00: 00. The quantities awarded in the invitation to tender are estimates and the contract does not constitute an obligation for the subscriber to purchase quantities.
