What the buyer wants
The acquisition involves the acquisition of the case management solution, case management, e-business and e-archive comprehensive case management system of the city of Rovaniemi as a SaaS service as specified in the invitation to tender and its annexes. The subject-matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes, in particular in Annexes 1 "Description of the subject of the procurement ', 2" List of requirements', 2.1 "Disclosure requirements', 2.2" Optics', 3 "Security and Confidentiality Agreement ', 3.1" Information Security Requirements', 5 "Delivery Project Agreement ', 6" Support and Maintenance Services and Service Levels', 8 "Project Plan 'and 9" Experts'. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid on a fixed-term basis for the duration of the delivery project, i.e. until the acceptance test has been successfully completed and the entire delivery project has been approved by the Contracting Party. After that, the Agreement shall remain in force for an indefinite period. See also Annex A "Main Agreement" to the invitation to tender 4. PROJECT SCOPE The scope of the procurement is described in the invitation to tender and its annexes, in particular: 1 "Description of the subject of the acquisition," 7 "Prices" and A "Final Contract.".
