What the buyer wants

The subject of a public contract shall be the supply and establishment of a system for smart management and monitoring of public lighting. The performance shall consist of the following parts:

  1. Central control software: Delivery, configuration and activation of software platform for remote management, regulation and diagnostics of the lighting system.
  2. Communication modules: Delivery of terminal devices intended for installation in luminaires equipped with connector according to the Zhaga- D4i standard. All components supplied shall consist of one fully functional, mutually compatible and interoperable unit which enables two-way communication between the end points (lamps) and the central software.Communication modules shall be installed in luminaires in the administration of the contracting authority. After initial start-up of the control software, communication modules will be supplied on an ongoing basis on the basis of sub-orders of the contracting authority.

    A. Nabídková cena (váha 50 %) V rámci tohoto kritéria bude hodnocena celková nabídková cena v Kč bez DPH za celý předmět plnění po dobu 15 let (TCO). Hodnocena bude hodnota uvedená účastníkem v příloze č. 1 zadávací dokumentace v řádku KORIGOVANÁ SUMA, sloupci „Výdaje v Kč bez DPH (15 let – TCO)“. – Bodový zisk pro kritérium A = (Nejnižší nabídková cena / Hodnocená nabídková cena) × 100.

  • Technical level – recommended parameters of the control system40%

    B. Technická úroveň – doporučené parametry sytému řízení (váha 40 %) Zadavatel bude hodnotit rozsah splnění doporučených (nepovinných) parametrů řídicího systému uvedených v příloze č. 2B zadávací dokumentace. Účastník v příloze č. 2B zadávací dokumentace u každého parametru zvolí možnost „ANO“ (parametr splňuje) nebo „NE“ (parametr nesplňuje). Za každou zvolenou možnost „ANO“, jejíž splnění účastník prokáže způsobem dle odst. „4.2. Technická specifikace a požadavky zadavatele na řídicí systém“, obdrží účastník počet bodů, který je u daného parametru uveden v příloze č. 2B zadávací dokumentace ve sloupci „Bodové hodnocení parametru“. Maximální možný počet získaných bodů v této sekci je roven celkovému počtu definovaných doporučených parametrů v příloze č. 2B zadávací dokumentace. – Bodový zisk pro kritérium B = (Součet bodů získaných hodnocenou nabídkou / Maximální možný počet bodů v příloze 2B) × 100. Maximální možný počet bodů je dán součtem všech bodových hodnot v příloze č. 2B v případě splnění všech parametrů.

    C. Dodatečné reference dodavatele (váha 10 %) Předmětem hodnocení je počet významných dodávek (referencí) realizovaných účastníkem nad rámec minimální technické kvalifikace stanovené v odst. 13.5. Technické kvalifikační předpoklady. Každá dodatečná reference musí splňovat stejné minimální parametry jako reference v technické kvalifikaci. Účastník získá 1 bod za každou další referenci, maximálně však za 10 dodatečných referencí. Vyšší počet referencí nebude bodově zvýhodněn. – Bodový zisk pro kritérium C = (Počet dodatečných referencí hodnocené nabídky / 10) × 100.
