What the buyer wants

The subject of the Treaty is the supply, implementation, configuration, commissioning and transmission of server, Fibre Channel SAN and backup infrastructure, the supply of components, licences, software, firmware, optical modules, wiring and interconnection elements, documentation and verification of functionality of the System for the operation of the production virtualization platform (hereinafter referred to as "Server Delivery" and "System"), and the level of service support that guarantees the start of the problem (diagnostics, output of the technology or sending of the spare part) on the following working day after the notification of the defect (hereinafter referred to as "Services") for 60 (sixty) months from the date of introduction of the System into final operation after the successful execution of the accepitation tests at the client's headquarters.
