What the buyer wants

Public procurement is subject to the delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of a multi-user virtual reality training system designed to train security forces. The system shall allow the simultaneous involvement of five users in a single training scenario and shall include a central operator's workplace.

The whole solution, in particular from the point of view of hardware architecture, network infrastructure and licensing model, shall be designed in such a way as to enable its future expansion to ten users simultaneously connected without the need to replace the essential elements of the system. The supplied solution must be designed as a fully integrated functional unit, including all hardware, software and network components necessary for its proper operation.

The installation must be carried out in the form of a turnkey delivery so that it is not necessary to intervene in the existing infrastructure of the client beyond the pre-defined readiness of the premises. The other binding specification of the subject-matter, the requirements of the contracting entity and the conditions for its delivery are set out in Annex 1 - Technical specifications and Annex 3 - Proposal for a Purchase Agreement.
