Troms County invites tenderers to a competition for a contact centre system for customer dialogue and case handling for the public transport and mobility offer in Troms. The contract period is from 01.03.2027 - 01.03.2030. In addition the contracting authority has an option for an extension of up to 2 (1+1) years. The tender contest is subject to financing.
