DYNAMIC CONTRACTING SCHEME DYNAMIC (DPS) targets machinery-room infrastructure equipment (e.g. servers, storage and backup equipment, integrated solutions and machinery-based equipment) and related accessories and services. The subject-matter of the DPS is further described in the invitation to participate and its annexes, in particular in the Annexes "Subject-matter of the dynamic purchasing system" and "Services and their minimum requirements." During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application for participation. DPS shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice unless it is suspended or amended in the case of the DPS. The customers of Hansel Oy will acquire the DPS among the approved candidates through internal DPS competitions, which can run throughout the DPS acquisition phase. The acquisition period for DPS shall start after the start phase on 30 September 2026 and end on the end of the period of validity of the DPS. Contracts may be valid up to 30 September 2032. By way of derogation from the above, the contract shall otherwise remain in force as long as the products purchased under it are procured services subject to a dynamic purchasing system (e.g. maintenance and maintenance services or recycling services). EXTENSION OF THE DYNAM CONTRACTING SYSTEM The total estimated value of the dynamic purchasing system shall not exceed EUR 150 000 000 (excluding VAT).
