What the buyer wants
The acquisition concerns Qualdatrix Data Content Manager (DCM) licences. The acquisition concerns Qualdatrix Data Content Manager (DCM) licences. DCM is a ServiceNow certified supplement that improves the quality and integrity of the Foundation data and CMDB. The tool provides a visual, non-coding approach to data design, auditing and repair. Licences are obtained for two different ServiceNow installations in Valtori for 12 months at a time. The tender shall include the invitation to tender in Annex 4: Description of the subject of the acquisition The contract is awarded for two (2) years, plus three (3) one (1) year options. The draft contract is attached to the invitation to tender. The estimated value of the acquisition is EUR 280.000.00 including the contract period and the above-mentioned options periods. The subscriber is not bound by the purchase obligation. The quantities awarded are estimates and may change. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the Supplier is not entitled to the exclusive supply of products under this Agreement to Timela and the Client may also procure similar products from any other supplier. The subject-matter and requirements of the procurement are described in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
