What the buyer wants
- The subject of the order is delivery with the installation of the server room to the Entrepreneurship Incubator at Nowa Ruda Śląsk Street, as part of the project entitled “Revalorization and development of mining areas at Šląbowa Street in Nowa Ruda by giving them new social and economic functions and restoring biodiversity” in accordance with the requirements set by the Orderer and the principles of technical knowledge.
- The Contractor will be obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and applicable regulations. The contract will be carried out by means of the project: Funded under FEDS 2021/2027, the project “Revalorization and development of post-minorial areas at Šibowa Street in Nowa Ruda by giving them new social and economic functions and restoring biodiversity” No. FEDS.09.05.-IP.01-129/24.
- Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the WWZ.
- The Contracting Authority informs that an integral part of the Description of the Subject of the Contract is the explanations and answers to the requests made by economic operators in the course of the previously annulled case marking procedure: ARR/ZP/01/2026. These replies, which constitute Annex 1A to this SWI, shall remain in full force and shall be binding on the Contractors at the stage of preparation and calculation of the tender in the present proceedings.
