Delivery, installation and configuration of server equipment

The Contracting Authority waives the specification of the condition for participation in the procedure regarding the capacity to act in legal transactions.

The Contracting Authority refrains from specifying the condition for participation in the procedure regarding the entitlement to pursue a specific business or professional activity.

1. The Contractor will meet the condition of participation in the procedure regarding professional capacity if it demonstrates that: a) within the last 3 years*, and if the period of business activity is shorter – within this period, it has duly performed at least two contracts, the subject of which was the supply and installation of servers and/or disk arrays and/or deduplication appliances with a total value of not less than PLN 3,000,000 gross in the case of a given contract. NOTE: For the purposes of evaluating compliance with the condition specified above, if values are given in currencies other than the Polish zloty, the contracting authority will adopt the average exchange rate of the zloty to that currency published by the National Bank of Poland (NBP) as of the date of publication of the SWZ (Tender Specifications) on the website of the ongoing procedure, specified in point II of the SWZ. If on the date of publication of the SWZ on the website of the ongoing procedure the NBP does not publish an average exchange rate of the given currency, the basis for conversion shall be the average currency exchange rate published on the first day after the date of publication of the SWZ on the website of the ongoing procedure. *the period expressed in years is counted backward from the day on which the deadline for submission of tenders expires. b) it has at its disposal or will have at its disposal for the duration of the contract performance at least two persons who, collectively, are to hold professional qualifications in the form of the following valid certificates issued by the manufacturer, confirming competence in the scope of installation and configuration, that is: • manufacturer's certificate in the implementation of the offered servers • manufacturer's certificate in the implementation of the Dell DataDomain deduplication appliances owned by the contracting authority • Dell Certified Professional - Networking certificate • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Core Infrastructure certificate or newer • VMware Certified Professional 6.5 – Data Center Virtualization (VCP 6.5 – DCV) certificate or newer. In the event of circumstances arising during the performance of the contract that prevent or hinder the performance of the contract by the persons indicated by the contractor referred to above, the contractor will be able to change the personnel delegated to perform the contract, provided that in such a situation the contractor is obliged to submit for approval to the contracting authority a person who has the same professional qualifications from among those indicated above as the person being replaced. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for reimbursement of costs resulting directly or indirectly from the removal or replacement of the aforementioned persons.

The Contracting Authority waives the specification of the condition for participation in the procedure regarding economic or financial standing.
