What the buyer wants

1. The subject of the order is “Supply, installation, commissioning and integration of the Access Control System (SKD) and the IP Video Doorphone Kit”. The scope includes comprehensive delivery of equipment and materials, assembly, execution of necessary connections, configuration, commissioning, integration, testing, training and transmission of documentation - to the extent specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ (SOPZ). A detailed description of the subject matter of the order (OPP), including technical requirements and conditions of implementation, is given in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Place of completion of the order:

  1. The National Army School Complex in Jedlicz, ul. 1000-lecia 15, 38-460 Jedlicz.
  2. M. Konopnicka High School in Jedlicz, Dubisa 7, 38-460 Jedlicze Street.
  3. Iwonicz School Complex, Zadwór 15, 38-440 Iwonicz Street.
  4. Gastronomino-Hotelry School Complex in Iwonicz-Zdrój, ul. Piwarski 19, 38-440 Iwonicz-Zdrój. 2. If the description of the subject-matter of the contract indicates trade marks, patents, origin, source or specific process, the words ‘or equivalent’ shall accompany these indications. The criteria for assessing equivalence shall be set out in Annex 4 to the SCI.The equivalent solutions offered shall comply with the requirements set out therein. The contractor citing equivalent solutions shall demonstrate in the offer that the Contracting Authority meets the requirements of the Contracting Authority in accordance with the relevant provisions of Articles 99 to 101 of the PZP Act and the rules laid down in the SWZ. 3.Describing the subject matter of the contract in the attached detailed description of the subject matter of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems as referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions to be described and the words " or equivalent shall accompany each such description.’ 4.The technical and qualitative characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract should comply with the Polish standards that carry European standards or standards of other Member States of the European Economic Area.

    • Zamawiający nie stawia szczegółowych wymagań w zakresie spełniania tego warunku;
  2. uprawnień do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej, o ile wynika to z odrębnych przepisów:
    • Zamawiający nie stawia szczegółowych wymagań w zakresie spełniania tego warunku;
  3. sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej:
    • Zamawiający nie stawia szczegółowych wymagań w zakresie spełniania tego warunku;
  4. zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej:
    • Zamawiający nie stawia szczegółowych wymagań w zakresie spełniania tego warunku;
  5. Zamawiający, w stosunku do Wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia, w odniesieniu do warunku dotyczącego zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej

  6. Zamawiający może na każdym etapie postępowania, uznać, że wykonawca nie posiada wymaganych zdolności, jeżeli posiadanie przez wykonawcę sprzecznych interesów, w szczególności zaangażowanie zasobów technicznych lub zawodowych wykonawcy w inne przedsięwzięcia gospodarcze wykonawcy może mieć negatywny wpływ na realizację zamówienia.
  7. W przypadku posługiwania się przez wykonawcęcudzym potencjałem, wykonawcy mogą polegać na zdolnościach podmiotów udostępniających zasoby, jeśli podmioty te wykonają roboty budowlane, do realizacji których te zdolności są wymagane.
