  1. Oferta musi być zabezpieczona wadium w wysokości 15 500,00 zł
  2. Wadium może być wnoszone w jednej lub kilku następujących formach:
    1. pieniądzu,
    2. gwarancjach bankowych,
    3. gwarancjach ubezpieczeniowych,
    4. poręczeniach udzielonych przez podmioty, o których mowa w art. 6b ust. 5 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 9 listopada 2000 r. o utworzeniu Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości (tj.: Dz. U. 2025 r., poz. 98, z późn.zm.).
  3. Wadium wnoszone w pieniądzu należy wpłacić przelewem na konto Zamawiającego: BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. O/Katowice Nr 37 2030 0045 1110 0000 0124 8120. W tytule przelewu Wykonawca pieniężnej jest proszony o wskazanie numeru postępowania, którego dotyczy. Skuteczne wniesienie wadium w pieniądzu następuje z chwilą uznania środków pieniężnych na rachunku bankowym Zamawiającego, określonym w ust. 3, przed upływem terminu składania ofert (tj. przed upływem dnia i godziny wyznaczonej jako ostateczny termin składania ofert).
  4. W przypadku wadium wniesionego w formie innej niż pieniężna – Wykonawca przekazuje Zamawiającemu oryginał gwarancji lub poręczenia, w postaci elektronicznej wraz z ofertą. Z treści gwarancji lub poręczenia winno wynikać nieodwołalne, bezwarunkowe, na pierwsze pisemne żądanie zgłoszone przez Zamawiającego, zobowiązanie gwaranta do wypłaty Zamawiającemu pełnej kwoty wadium w okolicznościach określonych w art. 98 ust. 6 PZP.
  5. Oferta Wykonawcy, który nie wniósł wadium, lub wniósł w sposób nieprawidłowy lub nie utrzymywał wadium nieprzerwanie do upływu terminu związania ofertą lub złożył wniosek o zwrot wadium w przypadku, o którym mowa w art. 98 ust. 2 pkt 3) PZP zostanie odrzucona
