What the buyer wants
- Contracts awarded successively under the DSZ will be subject to supplies of components, materials and IT accessories. The following is an example of assortment:
- Computer components (internal components or replaceable parts of computers): processors, RAMs, SSD/HDD drives, motherboards, graphics cards, power supplies, enclosures, cooling (air, water), etc.
- Computer accessories (Small devices and accessories that increase the functionality of equipment): keyboards, mice, trackballs, webcams, headphones, microphones, sockets, pads, handles, docking stations, card readers, switches/hubs USB, CD/DVD/BR recorders, power supplies, chargers, powerbankers, laptop bags and backpacks, cleaning devices for computer hardware, etc.
- Data carriers and storage accessories (Materials and storage devices): flash drive, external disks, CD/DVD/BR, etc.
- Cables and passive elements (All that is not an active device, but is needed for connections): network cables, HDMI/USB cables, adapters, etc. The Ordering Party envisages giving 1 larger order each year (e.g. 400-600 internal/external disks, 5 000-10 000 CDs/DVD/BR, 300-500 patchcords, 300-500 keyboards and mice, etc.) and smaller orders during each quarter (e.g. 50-100 internal/external disks, 2 000-5 000 CDs/DVD/BR, 50-200 patchcords, 50-200 keyboards and mice, etc.). The award of contracts will depend on the needs of the Contracting Authority and on the resources available.
- To confirm that the information equipment offered meets the requirements of the Customer, The contractor shall submit the evidence in question with the offer. The type of documents shall be specified each time in the invitation to tender.
- If the Contractor does not submit the above-mentioned evidence or submitted the above-mentioned evidence is incomplete, The Contracting Authority shall, in accordance with Article 107 of the Pzp Act, call for them to be deposited or supplemented.
- The Contracting Authority may request explanations of the evidence submitted.
- The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Act Pzp.
- The purchaser does not anticipate a local vision.
- Delivery of the contract does not require employment on the basis of an employment contract.
- The Contracting Authority shall not require the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2)(2) of the Act Pzp.
- The Contracting Authority shall not require the possibility to apply for contracts only by the economic operators referred to in Article 94 of the Act No 11. The Contracting Authority shall not object to the obligation of the Contracting Authority to perform the key tasks personally.
