Delivery of extension subscriptions to VCF Operations and VCF Operations for Logs platforms, implementation, provision of 24-month support to the manufacturer and contractor, provision of software development services

1. The condition for participation in the procedure regarding professional capacity in terms of the Contractor's experience will be met if the Contractor demonstrates that, within the period of the last three years counting backwards from the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business activity is shorter – within this period, it has performed at least: a) one delivery of extension subscriptions (Management Packs, adapters, connectors, or equivalent components extending the monitoring scope) for the VMware Cloud Foundation Operations, VMware Aria Operations, or VMware vRealize Operations platform, or developed and delivered such extensions, b) one implementation of the extensions referred to in point (a), covering the configuration of monitoring for at least two infrastructure layers other than the virtualization layer, with a total value of not less than PLN 500,000.00 gross. Note 1: The Contracting Authority allows demonstrating fulfillment of the condition jointly under no more than two contracts. Note 2: If the value of the delivery is expressed in a currency other than PLN, in order to assess the fulfillment of the above-mentioned condition for participation in the procedure, the Contracting Authority will convert the given value into PLN according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland in force on the date of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union, and if no exchange rate for this currency was published on that day – according to the last average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland prior to the date of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. The condition for participation in the procedure regarding professional capacity in terms of the availability of personnel will be met if the Contractor demonstrates that it has or will have at its disposal at least three persons who will be assigned to perform the contract, each of whom holds, valid as of the date of submission of tenders, a Broadcom Partner Certification – Certified Expert – VMware Cloud Foundation – Architecture certificate or higher. 3. In the case of Contractors applying jointly for the contract, the condition for participation in the procedure regarding professional capacity: a) in terms of the Contractor's experience referred to in paragraph 2, must be met by one Contractor or Contractors jointly, or by the Contractor or Contractors jointly with the entity or entities providing resources in the form of experience to the Contractors applying jointly for the contract; b) in terms of the availability of persons who will be assigned to perform the contract referred to in paragraph 3, must be met by one Contractor or Contractors jointly, or by the Contractor or Contractors jointly with the entity or entities providing resources in the form of persons who will be assigned to perform the contract to the Contractors applying jointly for the contract. 4. With respect to the condition concerning experience, Contractors applying jointly for the contract may rely on the capacities of those Contractors who will perform the services for the execution of which these capacities are required. Contractors applying jointly for the contract shall attach to the tender a declaration, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference), indicating which services will be performed by the individual Contractors. 5.
