   The object of the first part of the order is the service of access to the legal information system for the server version - intranet (viewer) - 4 pcs with the possibility to separate 10 pieces of simultaneous online access. The server version – IP nolimit (viewer) means an application that is used in the ordering LAN network using the system located on the servers of the legal information system provider, updated by the Contractor in accordance with the declaration made in the offer form. The offered version of the system must provide access to all databases, resources and functionality indicated as required by the OPA to all users (court employees) without restrictions in parallel access. One piece means one licence for an unlimited number of users, without restrictions on simultaneous access, within the internal network of the court Additional common online access pool for 4 judicial units allowing 10 users to work simultaneously (licence cannot be assigned to only one user). Access is to be made for the full (i.e. complete in the highest) version of the legal information system. Access can be made through other products of the Contractor and must enable the judicial group to work outside the premises of courts in an online system.    Przedmiotem II części zamówienia jest usługa dostępu do systemu informacji prawnej dla wersji serwerowej – IP nolimit (przeglądarka) - 4 szt. z możliwością wydzielenia 15 szt. jednoczesnych dostępów on-line, oznacza aplikację, która jest używana w sieci LAN Zamawiającego za pomocą systemu zlokalizowanego na serwerach dostawcy systemu informacji prawnej, aktualizowana przez Wykonawcę w terminie zgodnym z oświadczeniem złożonym w formularzu ofertowym. Zaoferowana wersja systemu musi zapewniać dostęp do wszystkich baz, zasobów oraz funkcjonalności wskazanych jako wymagane w OPZ wszystkim użytkownikom (pracownikom sądu) bez ograniczeń w jednoczesnym dostępie. Jedna sztuka oznacza jedną licencję dla nieograniczonej liczby użytkowników, bez ograniczeń w jednoczesnym dostępie, w ramach sieci wewnętrznej sądu. Dodatkowa wspólna dla 4 jednostek sądownictwa pula dostępów on-line umożliwiająca jednoczesną pracę 15 użytkowników (licencja nie może być przypisana tylko do jednego użytkownika). Dostępy mają być realizowane dla pełnej (tzn kompletnej w najwyższej) wersji systemu informacji prawnej. Dostęp może być realizowany za pomocą innych produktów Wykonawcy i musi umożliwiać pracę grupy orzeczniczej poza siedzibami sądów w systemie typu on-line.
