- The subject of the order is the delivery of fiber optic cables for expansion of TASK network.
- The detailed description of the subject of the order is given in Annex 4 to the WWZ.
- The order also includes the transport of the subject of the order with insurance throughout the route, unloading and bringing the subject of the order to the designated location on the campus of the Gdańsk University of Technology.
- The Contractor is obliged to carry out the contract under the terms and conditions described in the model contract in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
- The contractor is obliged to clearly define the product offered, characterising it by indicating in a form in kind, which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, type, model, producer name, or other information enabling identification of the object of the contract offered. The in-kind-price form shall be the content of the tender.
- The contractor declares that the subject of the contract is brand-new, free from any defects and damage, without prior use, made of safe materials and is not subject to the rights of third parties.
