Delivery of a server for IT infrastructure redundancy

The subject of the order is the delivery of a new, complete, unused, free from legal and physical defects of the server for the redundancy of IT infrastructure for the Regional Starostwa Powiatowego in Bydgoszcz. Scope and detailed description of the subject matter of the contract are given in Annex 2 to the SWZ Description of the subject matter of the contract/Cenowy form. The Contracting Authority requires that the equipment offered be:

1. equipped with all necessary elements (connectors, cables, etc.) needed to start and work the equipment, without the need to purchase additional elements;
2. intended for the Polish market and came from the official sales channel;
3. delivered in the manufacturer's factory new, undamaged packaging, and the Contracting Authority allows the equipment to be unpacked and run before delivery only by the Contractor and only to verify the operation of the equipment (in such case the Contractor is obliged to inform the Contracting Authority of the intention to unpack the equipment);
4. The Contracting Authority requires that all delivered solutions, components and services are intended for professional use and come from the manufacturer's legal distribution channel, ensuring that updates, safety amendments, technical support and warranty services can be obtained throughout the required lifetime. The contractor shall be responsible for compliance of the solution with applicable law, manufacturer's requirements and information security rules;
5. All requirements set out in the Description of the Subject of the Contract/Census Form — Annex 2 to the SWI are minimum requirements and are mandatory. Failure to comply with the above minimum requirements will result in rejection of the tender as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Act;
