The participant shall apply a quality management system according to EN ISO 9001:2015 standard or equivalent with a scope corresponding to the subject-matter of this procurement. Document demonstrating compliance with the selection criterion: - Part IV, Section D shall be completed when submitting the tender: Quality assurance standards; - under the conditions of Art. 67, para 5 and Art. 112, para 1 of the Public Procurement Act shall be presented with a certified copy of a valid certificate BDS EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent with a scope corresponding to the subject-matter of this contract or relevant evidence under Art. 64, para 6, para 7 and para 8 of the Public Procurement Act.
