Appropriate references on contracts previously executed in the form of a list of essential services provided in the three years preceding the deadline for the submission of tenders, indicating the value, the period of service and the public or private recipient. Proof of a corresponding professional or company liability insurance as well as an insurance against key loss Minimum requirement: The cover sum of the professional or company liability insurance must be 3,000,000 euros per claim for property, persons and property damage.

Declaration on the average total turnover for the last three closed financial years before the expiry of the offer period (2023, 2024, 2025) Minimum requirement: Based on the total turnover, an average minimum annual turnover of the last three financial years of €2.400,000.00 is required.

Declaration of turnover in the field of activity of the contract to be awarded here for the last three financial years completed before the deadline for the submission of tenders (2023, 2024, 2025) With regard to the turnover in the field of activity of the contract to be awarded here, an average minimum annual turnover of the last three financial years of 1,200,000.00 euros is required.

Proof of registration in the commercial register of the State in which the tenderer is established, which may not be older than three months at the time of expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders. Alternative proof: If the bidder, the member of a bidding community or third parties (in the case of an eligibility loan, see section 12.6) is not listed in the commercial register, the proof of the permitted professional practice in another way is sufficient.
