The scope of the contract includes: Stage I: Tools for teleaudiology and teleconsultation for institutions and entities, together with the equipment necessary to make available to patients involved in piloting by task: Stage I. 1. Tools for teleaudiology and teleconsultation for facilities and entities together with equipment necessary to make available to patients: 1) Delivery License for teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools (software license). 2) Personalisation of tools for teleaudiology and teleconsultation in terms of the specificity of the target group (e.g. adaptation of language to the medical context, inclusion of terminology for hearing/talk disorders). 3) Integration and testing of teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools under the supervision of the contracting authority. 4) Testing the functionality of teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools before testing (pilot). Step I. 2 Delivery of teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools for facilities and entities, together with equipment necessary to make available to patients: 1) implementation of teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools in field facilities. Stage II: Licences for teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools for cooperating entities, including adaptation of survey tools and implementation, and in particular: 1. Tools for collecting and storing sensory organ data at different intervals, for different age groups of patients, different diseases, etc. 2. Tools for analysing data from the measurement of rehabilitation progress. 3. Communication tools with the patient enabling remote communication with the patient's centre and carer - phone application, tablet. Stage III: Purchase of multimedia equipment for sensory rooms (in 5 centres in the country) and teleaudiological in IFiPS for teletransmission and teleconsultation organisations, with a breakdown by task: Stage III.1: Installation of multimedia equipment for teletransmitting and teleconsulting in IFPS and 4 centres in the country. Stage III.2: Installation of multimedia equipment for sensory and teleaudiological rooms in the remaining 16 centres in the country.
