Część 2 - Dostawa licencji na oprogramowanie do elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów kadrowo-płacowych.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa dla Miejskiego Centrum Obsługi Oświaty w Krakowie 210 licencji na oprogramowanie do elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów kadrowo-płacowych wraz z ewentualnym prawem opcji obejmującym kompleksowe wdrożenie Oprogramowania do elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów kadrowo-płacowych oraz przeprowadzenie szkoleń dla Użytkowników, wraz z wykonaniem niezbędnych prac towarzyszących i przygotowawczych, w tym usług analitycznych, konfiguracyjnych, programistycznych, migracyjnych i testowych, sporządzeniem Dokumentacji oraz zapewnieniem niezbędnych licencji na oprogramowanie podmiotów trzecich, jeżeli są one konieczne do prawidłowego uruchomienia i działania Oprogramowania. Warunek 1: Wykonawca winien w okresie ostatnich trzech lat, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – to w tym okresie, wykonać należycie co najmniej jedno zamówienie spełniające wszystkie poniższe wymogi:
- zamówienie polegało na dostawie i wdrożeniu oprogramowania wykorzystującego technologię blockchain i podpis elektroniczny w technologii blockchain;
- wartość zamówienia (z wyłączeniem dostarczonej infrastruktury technicznej): minimum 150 000,
- zł brutto;
- oprogramowanie zostało wdrożone w organizacji o rozproszonej strukturze, w której funkcjonowało co najmniej 1 000 zarejestrowanych użytkowników. Uwaga:
- Podany okres 3 lat, liczy się wstecz od dnia w którym upływa termin składania ofert.
- Wartość określona w innej walucie niż złoty polski zostanie przeliczona przez Zamawiającego na złote polskie na podstawie średniego kursu złotego w stosunku do danej waluty obcej, określonej w tabeli A kursów średnich walut obcych Narodowego Banku Polskiego na dzień wszczęcia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, którego dotyczy niniejsze ogłoszenie.Warunek 2: Wykonawca do realizacji przedmiotowego zamówienia winien dysponować co najmniej jedną osobą, która pełnić będzie funkcję koordynatora, posiadającą doświadczenie w realizacji co najmniej dwóch wdrożeń oprogramowania wykorzystującego technologię utrwalania dokumentów na trwałym nośniku w technologii blockchain z wykorzystaniem podpisu elektronicznego w technologii blochchain, z których każde było dla co najmniej 100 użytkowników.

Dokumenty i oświadczenia załączane do oferty razem z oświadczeniem, o którym mowa w art. 125 ust. 1 ustawy PZP, zawartym na formularzu stanowiącym załącznik nr 2.1 do SWZ: 5.11.1.1.) dotyczy sytuacji, gdy Wykonawca polega na zdolnościach lub sytuacji podmiotu udostępniającego zasoby na zasadach określonych w art. 118 ustawy PZP: 5.11.1.1.1.) oświadczenie podmiotu udostępniającego zasoby, o którym mowa w art. 125 ust. 5 ustawy PZP, którego wzór stanowi załącznik nr 2.2 do SWZ;
5.11.1.1.2.) zobowiązanie podmiotu udostępniającego zasoby do oddania Wykonawcy do dyspozycji niezbędnych zasobów na potrzeby realizacji danego zamówienia lub inny podmiotowy środek dowodowy potwierdzający, że Wykonawca realizując zamówienie będzie dysponował niezbędnymi zasobami tego podmiotu;
5.11.1.2.) odpis lub informacja z Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, Centralnej Ewidencji i Informacji o Działalności Gospodarczej lub innego właściwego rejestru - w celu potwierdzenia, że osoba działająca w imieniu Wykonawcy jest umocowana do jego reprezentowania; Uwaga: Wykonawca nie jest zobowiązany do złożenia ww. dokumentów, jeżeli Zamawiający może je uzyskać za pomocą bezpłatnych i ogólnodostępnych baz danych, o ile Wykonawca wskazał dane umożliwiające dostęp do tych dokumentów;
5.11.1.3.) pełnomocnictwo lub inny dokument potwierdzający umocowanie do reprezentowania Wykonawcy - jeżeli w imieniu Wykonawcy działa osoba, której umocowanie do reprezentowania nie wynika z dokumentów, o których mowa w pkt. 5.11.1.2.); Uwaga:
- Zapis pkt. 5.11.1.3.) stosuje się odpowiednio do osoby działającej w imieniu Wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego;
