What the buyer wants
The subject of the order is a comprehensive exchange of the system of measuring and dosing of water treatment systems in WCRS Aquasfera in Olsztyn at 69b Piłsudskiego al. The scope includes delivery, assembly, integration, configuration, software, launch and functional and reception tests of the new system for five technological circuits: sports pool, recreational pool, warm-up pool, paddling pool and Jacuzzi.
The order includes in particular: delivery and installation of central control switchgear (IP66) with PLC controller and HMI operator panel (min. 15); the execution of independent measuring tracks for each circulation: pH, Redox, chlorine free, temperature, water level, flow control; integration of existing CS4MA2 free chlorine probes; control of 13 circulation pumps, chemical dosing, heating and water replenishment, along with technological blocks; visualization, archiving of data, alarm records, remote access and Modbus IP interface to BMS; execution or adaptation of cable routes to 100 m; dismantling and disposal of replaced components; performance documentation and training of personnel.
The Ordering Party requires a local vision before submitting an offer (Chapter VI of the WWZ). A detailed description of the subject of the order is given in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

Warunek 1 Nazwa: Doświadczenie wykonawcy Opis: Wykonawca wykaże, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert (a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie) wykonał należycie co najmniej 1 dostawę wraz z montażem i uruchomieniem systemu automatyki pomiarowo-dozującej dla instalacji uzdatniania wody basenowej.
System musiał obejmować co najmniej pomiar i automatyczną regulację pH oraz chloru wolnego, obsługiwać w ramach jednego systemu co najmniej 3 obiegi technologiczne (niecki) i mieć centralną wizualizację procesu. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza sumowania kilku dostaw w celu wykazania wymaganej liczby obiegów. Jeżeli dostawa była częścią szerszego zamówienia, wykonawca wskaże zakres dotyczący systemu automatyki pomiarowo-dozującej.
W przypadku wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o zamówienie warunek musi spełniać co najmniej jeden z nich samodzielnie. Warunek 2 Nazwa: Osoby skierowane do realizacji zamówienia Opis: Wykonawca wykaże, że dysponuje lub będzie dysponował co najmniej 1 osobą, która będzie wykonywała lub nadzorowała prace przy urządzeniach i instalacjach elektroenergetycznych.
Osoba ta musi mieć świadectwo kwalifikacyjne uprawniające do eksploatacji urządzeń, instalacji i sieci elektroenergetycznych o napięciu do 1 kV na stanowisku eksploatacji, w zakresie obsługi, konserwacji, napraw, montażu i kontrolno-pomiarowym, wydane na podstawie ustawy Prawo energetyczne.
Zamawiający dopuszcza odpowiadające kwalifikacje wydane na podstawie wcześniej obowiązujących przepisów oraz kwalifikacje uznane na podstawie ustawy z 22.12.2015 r. o zasadach uznawania kwalifikacji zawodowych nabytych w państwach członkowskich UE. W przypadku wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o zamówienie warunek mogą spełnić łącznie.
