What the buyer wants
1.The subject of the order is the delivery of the standard platform software products and additional software packages as part of the licensing programs: Enrollment for Education Solutions, Enterprise Agreement Subscription - Government and Enterprise Agreement Subscription – Commercial or equivalent software during the period of the 4th Settlement Cycles, for the entities of the Łukasiewicz Research Network as defined in § 1 of the Designed Contract Provisions (hereinafter PPU) – Annex 4 to the SWZ. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract, including the individual licence programs and the number of subscriptions assigned to each of the licence programs, the type of Software and the description of equivalence shall be as set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ — the description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter the PRZ) and Annex No 4 to the SWZ — the proposed provisions of the contract (hereinafter the PPU).
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa subskrypcji produktów oprogramowania standardowego platformy oraz pakietów oprogramowania dodatkowego w ramach programów licencyjnych: Enrollment for Education Solutions, Enterprise Agreement Subscription - Goverment oraz Enterprise Agreement Subscription – Commercial lub oprogramowania równoważnego w okresie IV Cyklów Rozliczeniowych, na rzecz podmiotów Sieci Badawczej Łukasiewicz określonych w § 1 Projektowanych Postanowień Umowy (dalej PPU) - załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym poszczególne programy licencyjne i liczby subskrypcji przypisane do każdego z programów licencyjnych, rodzaj Oprogramowania oraz opis równoważności określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ – opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej OPZ) oraz załącznik nr 4 do SWZ – projektowane postanowienia umowy (dalej PPU).
