Delivery of new servers and network switches to Legionowo Police Training Centre

1. The subject of the order is delivery to the Legion's Police Training Centre of the factory new servers and network switches: - virtualization server – 4 kpl.; - backup server – 1 kpl.; - matrix – 2 kpl.; - backup software for the server – 1 kpl.; - delivery of hard drives to expand the existing backup server – 4 pcs; - network switch – 2 kpl.; - cartridges for switches – 62 pcs. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is given in the section of the SWZ “Description of the subject-matter of the contract” which is annexed to the WZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the range offered: (a) it was brand new, without any signs of damage, complete; (b) it had technical characteristics - functional no worse than indicated in Annex 6 to the SWZ Description of the order; (c) it was CE-marked; (d) it was free from legal and technical defects preventing its use as intended; (e) it did not in any way affect patent rights or other intellectual property rights of third parties; (f) it was placed in the original packaging of the manufacturer protecting them from mechanical damage; (g) it was new, produced in the current year for delivery; (h) it came from a legal distribution channel to the Republic of Poland. 4. The subject matter of the contract will be delivered to the premises of the Contracting Authority at the expense of the Contractor once, within 4 weeks of the date of conclusion of the contract, provided that the funds must be spent in the current financial year. 5. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Act The Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 6. The Contracting Authority reserves that the total value of the order must not exceed the available financial resources. 7. The Contracting Authority does not allow variants to be submitted. 8. The Contracting Authority does not allow the execution of part of the Contractor's order.
