The documents referred to above shall be submitted by the contractor at the request of the contracting authority.

In this proceeding, the Contracting Authority shall, in order to confirm that the contractor fulfils the conditions for participation in the procedure concerning technical or professional capacity, The contracting authority shall require the following evidence: The list of deliveries made and, in the case of repeated or continuous benefits, also carried out during the last five years, and if the period of business is shorter, within that period, together with their values, the subject-matter, the dates of performance and the entities to which they have been made or are made, and the addition of evidence indicating whether those supplies have been made or executed duly, the evidence referred to shall be references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which they have been made, and in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits, and if the contractor for reasons beyond his control is unable to obtain such documents, the contractor's statement; in the case of the benefits repeated or continuous continued references or other supporting documents of their duly executed services shall be issued within the last three months of the date on which the submission of tenders in proceedings is due; If, for a legitimate reason, the contractor cannot submit the personal evidence required by the contracting authority, in order to confirm that the contractor fulfils the conditions for participation in the procedure concerning technical or professional capacity, the contractor shall submit other personal evidence which sufficiently confirms that the condition described by the contracting authority for participation in the procedure concerning technical or professional capacity is fulfilled.
