Delivery of server technology to expand the existing server infrastructure for server virtualization

Eligibility must be proven with the offer by the Form KCLW-V13 (Self-declaration of eligibility) or by the Single European Self-Declaration (EEE).

If the tenderer invokes the skills of other companies to fulfil the contract, the declarations and certificates in accordance with Form KCLW-V13 must also be submitted to the awarding authority at the request of these other companies. (see award documents / KCLW-V01(EC) letter of formal notice point 3) If the bidder submits a current certificate of registration of the prequalification database for delivery and services with the offer, the necessity of submitting the abovementioned proofs according to FBL KCLW-V01(EC) point does not apply. 3, if required documents / proofs are currently stored in the prequalification database.

Foreign bidders must provide equivalent certificates of their country of origin (in German). The client will request an extract from the competition register from the Federal Cartel Office for the bidder who is to receive the contract.

Proof of company liability insurance cover (see Appendix – Special contract conditions / KCLW-V03a) If an insurance in the required size is not yet available, it is sufficient if you enclose your current coverage sums at the time of submission of the offer and also declare them, in the case of a surcharge, prove the corresponding coverage sums.
