The Contractor shall comply with the condition if it demonstrates (according to the formula set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ) that during the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, he has performed during that period, and in the case of interim or continuous benefits he performs, at least 2 supplies of SIEM-class software (Security Information and Event Management) for at least PLN 150 000,00 gross (on the basis of separate contracts). The Contracting Authority will also consider the condition of participation in the proceedings to be met if the gross amount of PLN 150 000,00 outside the supply of the software also includes its implementation or development support (implemented).
