1. Lot 1Part 1

   1) The subject of the order is the supply of software sets and licenses for the operation of the Cyber Security Offensive Module and Investigative Information Technology for the Maritime University of Szczecin as part of the investment task "Development and modernization of the laboratory base of the Maritime University of Szczecin" 2). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, a description of the performance and reception requirements of the contracting authority, shall specify: The draft provisions of the contract set out in the model contract, which is attached to Appendix 3 to the EMI. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are the requirements of the Contracting Authority and their fulfilment is mandatory. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Act (3). CPV nomenclature: Task No 1 48000000-8 - Software packages and IT systems 48732000-8 - Data security software packages 4) The names (trade marks) given by the Contracting Authority are of an exemplary nature and their indication is intended to determine the expected standard, with the Contracting Authority allowing equivalent offers. 5. The subject-matter of the contract is defined by indicating the objective technical and qualitative characteristics and standards for which the indication of examples of trade marks is permitted. 6. Where the Contracting Authority refers in the description of the subject matter of the contract to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp Act, equivalent solutions shall be permitted. 7) The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be brand-new, free from technical and legal defects, of good quality, authorised, packed in the original packaging for the product concerned, with labels identifying the product. 8) The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, i.e. for each of the 2 tasks separately: Task No. 1 - delivery of the necessary software set and license to operate the module

   1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa zestawów oprogramowania i licencji do obsługi Modułu Cyberbezpieczeństwa Ofensywnego i Informatyki Śledczej dla Politechniki Morskiej w Szczecinie w ramach zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „Rozbudowa i modernizacja bazy laboratoryjnej Politechniki Morskiej w Szczecinie” 2) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, opis wymagań zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji i odbioru określają: ­ opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa załącznik nr 1b (zadanie nr 2) do SWZ. ­ projektowane postanowienia umowy określone we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. Wszystkie wymagania określone w dokumentach wskazanych powyżej stanowią wymagania Zamawiającego, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie ww. wymagań będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp. 3) Nomenklatura wg CPV: Zadanie nr 2 48000000-8 - pakiety oprogramowania i systemy informatyczne 48732000-8 – pakiety oprogramowania do zabezpieczania danych 4) Podane przez Zamawiającego ewentualne nazwy (znaki towarowe), mają charakter przykładowy, a ich wskazanie ma na celu określenie oczekiwanego standardu, przy czym Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych. 5) Przedmiot zamówienia określono poprzez wskazanie obiektywnych cech technicznych i jakościowych oraz standardów, dla których określenia dopuszcza się wskazanie przykładowych znaków towarowych. 6) W przypadku, gdy Zamawiający odnosi się w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia do norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, o których mowa w art. 101 ust. 1 pkt 2 oraz ust. 3 ustawy Pzp, dopuszcza się rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym. 7) Zamawiający wymaga, aby przedmiot umowy był fabrycznie nowy, wolny od wad technicznych i prawnych, dobrej jakości, dopuszczony do obrotu, zapakowany w oryginalne opakowanie dla danego produktu, zaopatrzone w etykiety identyfikujące dany produkt. 8) Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych, tj. na każde z 2 zadań oddzielnie: zadanie nr 2 - dostawa zestawu niezbędnego oprogramowania i licencji do obsługi modułu-Oprogramowanie do informatyki śledczej
