The subject-matter of the contract includes: - a single delivery and launch of the subject-matter of the contract, the required technical parameters of which are set out in Annexes 3 and 3.1 to the SWZ, as well as all other activities related to the implementation of the subject-matter of the contract - up to 60 days from the date of the signature of the contract, - checking the completeness of the subject-matter of the contract and checking the correctness of the operation of the Hospital system before the final receipt of the complete running subject-matter within the time limit agreed with the Ordering Authority, - training of 4 employees of the Information Technology Department at the Ordering Office in the scope of operation and configuration of the running subject-matter, including the operation and configuration of the system software, before the protocollar reception of the complete running object of the contract within the time limit set by the Contracting Authority in agreement with the Contractor - training of employees (system users) Contracting Authority and Administrators of the Contracting Authority within the scope and date specified in item VII of Annex No 3 to the SWZ, - the provision of service care together with the authorial supervision for all licenses transferred to the offered system for a period of 36 months from the date of the protocol receipt of the complete item of the contract, - the full guarantee for the equipment offered for the minimum period of 24 months from the date of the protocol receipt of the complete item of the contract, - the guarantee for the offered equipment: from the date of the protocol receipt of the complete item of the contract launched on the terms and within the time limit specified in the Civil Code and the contract.
