Delivery of the server to operate the monitoring system for the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin

1. Subject matter of the contract (1) The subject of the order is sales with the delivery of the server for the operation of the monitoring system for the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin. 2. The exact description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1a to the EGM. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are the requirements of the Contracting Authority and their fulfilment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Act Pzp. 3) CPV nomenclature: 48820000-2 Servers 4) The names (trade marks) given by the Contracting Authority are of an exemplary nature and their indication is intended to determine the expected standard, with the Contracting Authority allowing equivalent offers. 5. The subject-matter of the contract is defined by indicating the objective technical and qualitative characteristics and standards for which the indication of examples of trade marks is permitted. 6. Where the Contracting Authority refers in the description of the subject matter of the contract to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp Act, equivalent solutions shall be permitted. 7. The Contracting Authority shall require that the subject of the contract be brand-new, free from technical and legal defects, of good quality, authorised, packed in original packaging for the product concerned, accompanied by labels identifying the product, specifying its technical, qualitative, functional and usable parameters. The subject matter of the contract, as well as the packaging, must bear the trademark and the designation of origin (producer). 8. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial tenders. 2. Equivalent solutions The Contractor who relies on equivalent solutions shall demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority. In such a case, the contractor shall attach a list of equivalent solutions together with its description or standards to the offer.
