What the buyer wants

  1. The subject of the order is the delivery of All-in-One computers along with monitors for employees of the Municipal Road Administration in Rzeszów. The scope of the order includes the delivery of the following devices:
  1. All-in-one computer equipped with two M.2 NVMe PCIe SSDs with a minimum capacity of 500 GB each with cable keyboard and wired mouse and power cable (20 pcs),
  2. All-in-one computer equipped with one M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD with a minimum capacity of 500 GB with a wired keyboard and wired mouse and power cable (30 pcs),
  3. Computer monitor with power and signal cable (40 pcs) The Contracting Authority shall require that the subject-matter of the contract offered does not include:
  1. ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes identified in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the National Cybersecurity System Act of 5 July 2018, indicating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of State security;
  2. an ICT product of which the type is specified in the decision to consider the supplier as a high risk provider referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or on the ICT services or ICT processes set out in that Decision.In accordance with Article 2(12−14) of Regulation 2019/881 on ENISA (European Union Cybersecurity Agency) and the certification of cybersecurity in the field of information and communication technologies and the repeal of Regulation (EU) No 526/2013 ( Cybersecurity Act) - an ICT product is an element or a group of elements of networks or information systems, - ICT service is a service consisting fully or mainly of the transfer, storage, collection or processing of information through networks and information systems, - ICT process is a set of activities carried out to design, develop, develop, supply or maintain ICT products or ICT services.
  3. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is defined by: 2.1. Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPP); 2.2. the draft provisions of the public contract together with the annexes - which are attached to the specifications (available in separate files)

Wykonawca nie jest zobowiązany do złożenia w/w dokumentów jeżeli Zamawiający może je uzyskać za pomocą bezpłatnych i ogólnodostępnych baz danych, o ile Wykonawca wskazał dane umożliwiające dostęp do tych dokumentów (w formularzu OFERTA) oraz z zastrzeżeniem ppkt. b) ;
    2. jeżeli w imieniu wykonawcy działa osoba, której umocowanie do jego reprezentowania nie wynika z dokumentów, o których mowa w ppkt. a), Zamawiający żąda od Wykonawcy pełnomocnictwa lub innego dokumentu potwierdzającego umocowanie do reprezentowania wykonawcy. W przypadku wykonawców zagranicznych należy dołączyć do OFERTY tłumaczenie niniejszych dokumentów na język polski ;
    3. pełnomocnictwo – jeśli wymagane do reprezentowania Wykonawcy/ów w przypadku, gdy:
      • Wykonawcę reprezentuje pełnomocnik,
      • ofertę składają Wykonawcy ubiegający się wspólnie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego o treści wymaganej w art. 58 ust. 2 Pzp (dotyczy również wspólników spółki cywilnej),
      • umocowanie które nie wynika z ppkt. 2
