What the buyer wants
1. The subject-matter of the contract includes: (a) processing into electronic forms of analogue photogrammetric aerial photographs of 50,000 pieces +/- 10%: negatives and diapositives on photographic films and printed on paper in a format of up to 30 x 30 cm, hereinafter referred to as aerial photographs. The materials may take the form of single frames or longer fragments of film rolled up in a roll; (b) the collection and creation of metadata describing the datasets of aerial photographs; (c) the rendering of scanned georeference images and their recording in the form of TFW files; (d) the drawing up of a technical report on the work carried out as referred to in points (a) to (c). 2. Due to the need to prepare materials for the delivery of the Contractor, the order will be completed in four stages, i.e.: a) Stage I: scanning 10% of data; b) Stage II: scanning 20% of data; c) Stage III: scanning 30% of data; d) Stage IV: scanning 40% of data. 3. The description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the General Court.
