Development of server infrastructure

The object of the order is to expand the server infrastructure. The subject of the contract was divided into a basic order and the right of options, i.e.: Within the framework of the basic order: The Contractor undertakes to supply two rack servers together with a 5 year warranty and service support of the manufacturer, for the purposes of the database environment, as described in Annex 1 to the draft Agreement – SOPP. Under the option right: The Contractor undertakes to supply the rack server with 5 years warranty and service support of the manufacturer, for the purposes of the virtualization environment, as described in Annex 1 to the draft Agreement - SOPP. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, quality requirements, technical requirements (parameters and functionality) can be found in the draft contract (including its annexes) annexed to the SWI. Pursuant to Article 133(3) of the Law on the Protection of the Confidentiality of the Information contained in Annex 1 (SOPZ), The Ordering Party may not make available the aforementioned part of the SWZ on the website of the proceedings. The Contracting Authority shall specify in the contract notice and the procurement documents how this information is accessed and the requirements relating to the protection of its confidential nature.
