What the buyer wants
The procuring entity introduces a dynamic purchasing system (DNS) in the procurement procedure in excess mode according to § 138 et seq. Act. Under the DNS, the contracting authority will award individual public procurement contracts for the provision of information and communication technology services (ICT) to support the implementation of the ČEPS projects, in the form of teams, where each team will always consist of mines. 2 roles corresponding to the services concerned and defined in Annex 4 to the Procurement Documentation (Catalogue of Role).
