The purpose of the performance of this public contract is to create, operate and develop a functional body for the registration of water infrastructure in order to fulfil the obligations laid down by:
- in Act No. 274 / 2001 Coll., on water ducts and sewerage for public use and on the amendment of certain laws (Water and Sewerage Act), as amended, and its implementing rules,
- in Act No. 254 / 2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended, and its implementing provisions,
- methodological guidelines related to those laws. The public contract covers the following activities:
- development and delivery of a functional unit,
- temporary services with fixed performance (from the start of the pilot operation to the transfer and take-over of the functional unit),
- services with fixed performance (regular service, corrective support services, preventive support services, user support),
- services with performance (development services, retail development, professional services).

Účastníci pro účely hodnocení nabídky v tomto kritériu předloží zpracované úlohy (celkem 10 dílčích úloh), jejichž zadání je popsané v příloze č. 5 zadávací dokumentace.
- Demonstration of professional knowledge30%
V rámci tohoto kritéria bude zadavatel ověřovat a hodnotit znalosti členů realizačního týmu navržených pro kategorii role Solution architekt (1 osoba), Aplikační architekt (1 osoba) a Analytik IT senior (2 osoby). Ověření znalostí bude realizováno formou písemného testu. Test se bude konat prezenčně v sídle zadavatele dne 24. 11. 2026 v 10:00 hodin.
- Acceleration of development and delivery of selected modules10%
V rámci tohoto kritéria hodnocení bude zadavatel hodnotit počet kalendářních dnů, o které dodavatel navrhne zkrácení (urychlení) doby Fáze 3 – Implementace Funkčního celku. Dodavatel může navrhnout zkrácení doby u jakékoliv komponenty a nesmí zkrátit dobu trvání analýzy a pilotního provozu.
