The subject of public contracts awarded in DNS will be the provision of a penetration testing service, which is necessary in the field of security of the individual information systems of Critical Information Infrastructure and Important Information Systems and Operating Systems with regard to Act No. 181 / 2014 Coll., on cyber security, as amended. The subject of public procurement may also be penetration tests carried out according to the legislation, which will replace legislation according to the first sentence, or the performance of penetration tests on any information system, if the central contracting authority (or contracting entity in the DNS) considers it appropriate.

The performance of the professional competence referred to in § 77 (1) of the ZVZZ in relation to the Czech Republic shall be demonstrated by the supplier who submits an extract from the Commercial Register or other similar records, if any other legislation requires registration in such a register. Closer to the specification.
The technical qualification referred to in Article 79 (2) (b) of the Act shall be demonstrated by the supplier who shall provide a list of significant services provided for the last 3 years before the start of the award procedure, including the indication of the price and the time of their delivery and identification of the client. The list of major services must clearly indicate that: - the supplier has provided at least 3 important services of a similar nature for the client (i.e. the entity different from the supplier) in the last 3 years before the start of the procurement procedure, - the price of each of the three major services of a similar nature is at least CZK 200 000 without VAT.
