What the buyer wants
The aim of the public contract is to modernise and expand the functionalities of the ZSS PAK information systems in the field of process electronics (electronic medical documentation, structured medical documentation according to EZ standards, fully electronic data processing and process electronics), long-term archiving of electronic structured medical documentation, development of interoperability in the area of connection to NCPeH and newly with the AFD, integration into central tribal registers and other central services of EZ and the implementation of body identifiers according to the Act on Electronic Health.
Part of the fulfilment of the VZ is also the indefinite service for the following information systems, application software, related technologies and equipment. The purpose of this contract is to provide operational and service services supplied by adjustments to information systems, technologies, SW, system SW, HW and the communication infrastructure and related equipment supplied under the work carried out under the work contract ("SoD ') for an indefinite period from delivery of the work.
For the purposes of this document, the aggregate name" System "is further used for all components of the SoD delivery. A closer specification of the performance of this contract is given in the annexes to the procurement documents (Annex 1 - Technical specifications, Annex 2 - Service services and Annex 9 - Proposal for a Service Contract).
