Jako výhodnější se považuje nabídka s nižší hodinovou sazbou. Vítěznou se stane nabídka s nejnižší nabídkovou cenou (Hodinovou sazbou v Kč bez DPH). V případě podání nabídek více účastníků se shodnou nabídkovou cenou a při splnění všech zadávacích podmínek stanovených zadavatelem, bude výběr nejvhodnější nabídky účastníka proveden transparentním losem.
