What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract is the design and delivery of a new eSSL solution, including the provision of eSSL administration and maintenance from the date of its delivery and acceptance (Operation), the provision of further development and the addition of eSSL functionalities according to the requirements of the contracting authority (Development) and other services according to the draft contract, which is Annex 3 to the contract documentation.
The subject matter of the performance of the contract is further described in detail in the technical specification annexed to the contract documents No 2. The technical specification includes the requirements of the contracting entity for the form of a new eSSL solution, its operation and service support. The quoted requirements shall be supplemented by a list of the functional and non-functional requirements of the contracting authority for the subject matter of the performance of the contract.
