At least one reference from the last five years on successful procurement preparation, introduction or implementation of ERP systems with contracting authorities. At least one reference on the successful delivery of services to research institutes, universities or similar institutions within the last three years. The reference must demonstrate experience in the field of third-party management, public budget and grant law or other science-specific administrative and business processes.

Comparable are reference projects that have at least the following characteristics: award and/or implementation of an ERP system, public contracting authorities, research institutes, educational institutions, hospitals project volume of at least € 500,000 net, implementation of a procurement procedure according to GWB/VgV or comparable procurement regulations, services with comparable complexity and scale.

Evidence of an existing manufacturer-approved partnership for an ERP system (e.g. authorized implementation, solution or distribution partner). The bidder must prove by suitable documents that he is entitled and qualified to implement, adapt and support the offered system. If the manufacturer provides for different partner levels (e.g. gold, platinum or comparable certification levels), the partner level achieved must be specified and proven by a current proof.

Evidence of experience in connecting the ERP system to an ECM system within the last 3 years, in connection with XInvoice and ZUGFeRD.

Proof of experience with data migrations from Microsoft Business Central

Minimum annual turnover of 3,000,000,- € per year, in the last 3 financial years.

Name of one person responsible for the project and two representatives The person responsible for the project must have at least 5 years of experience in implementing ERP systems

The project-accompanying advisory service for ERP implementation is awarded in a separate procurement procedure. Contractors of this consultancy service and companies associated with them are excluded from participation in this procurement procedure and from the provision of the advertised implementation services in order to avoid conflicts of interest.

The data center operator of the offered solution has a valid ISO-27001 certificate.
