Certification of the service (information security management (ISMS) measures): Certification of DIN EN ISO 27001 or BSI C5:2020 certificate or SOC 2 type 2 or a comparable/equivalent certificate. In the case of the formation of a consortium of applicants or the use of a subcontractor in the case of the eligibility loan, the self-declaration and proof by the company operating the data center must be submitted. Eligibility criterion (K.O. criterion) and (substantial evaluation) Selection criterion At least three (3) comparable references as well as their substantive evaluation The respective reference projects can be described in German or English (further details on the substantive evaluation see. "Scoring matrix of the participation competition" and "Appendix references". In addition, the live demonstration must be carried out in German or English (see procedural conditions offer and negotiation phase).
