What the buyer wants
ITEBO GmbH is planning to award a framework agreement for the web-based software solution for security awareness and phishing simulation. Due to increasingly intelligent cyber attacks, the need for practical and permanent training of employees in administrations is increasing. For this reason, ITEBO GmbH advertises the provision of such a solution as a SaaS model for the shareholders of ITEBO GmbH. The framework agreement can be used by ITEBO GmbH itself as well as for all shareholders of ITEBO GmbH, whereby ITEBO GmbH calls up the necessary services from the framework agreement as required, coordinates them and makes the settlement with the respective shareholders. ITEBO GmbH is therefore both the client and the tendering agency for the service to be tendered.
Die ITEBO GmbH beabsichtigt die Ausschreibung und Vergabe einer webbasierten Software-Lösung für Security Awareness und Phishing-Simulation. Aufgrund immer intelligenterer Cyber-Angriffe steigt der Bedarf an einem praxisnahen und dauerhaften Training der Beschäftigten in Verwaltungen. Aus diesem Grund schreibt die ITEBO GmbH die Bereitstellung einer solchen Lösung als SaaS-Modell für die Gesellschafter der ITEBO GmbH aus. Neben der Bereitstellung der Software wird ein Deutschsprachiger Support während der Gesamten Laufzeit von 48 Monaten abgefragt.
