- Self-declaration on the current number of qualified employees (including occupational safety specialist, project manager) maintained by the company for customer support (excluding customer acquisition) within the framework of projects and daily business for processing customer inquiries and further development of the system. - Self-declaration: The bidder confirms that they will provide a strategic customer advisor who assists the client with high-level issues, expansion options, and prioritization of additional service components. The advisor has experience in stakeholder management, needs analysis, and long-term customer relationship development. (Shortlisting criterion)

- Self-declaration: The bidder confirms that they support more than 100 active clients who use the main functions: risk assessment, operating instructions, hazardous substances register, instructions/trainings, and audit management. (Minimum requirement)

- Self-declaration on the existence of a transparent process for obtaining customer feedback. Within the framework of regular product development, clients are continuously involved through surveys, feedback meetings, and exchanges on requirements and improvement suggestions. The results flow in a structured manner into the further development of the system. (Shortlisting criterion)

- Self-declaration on conducting a regular customer survey at least every 2 years. (Shortlisting criterion)

- Self-declaration on project experience: The bidder declares that the implementation of the solution as well as the delivery of training is supervised or carried out by an experienced project support team (Shortlisting criterion)

- The bidder declares that comprehensive consulting and support services will be provided during the implementation phase of the project as well as in subsequent day-to-day operations. (Shortlisting criterion)
