1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest rozbudowa posiadanego oprogramowania medycznego o stanowiska medyczne uzupełniające opiekę pooperacyjną o stanowiska intensywnej opieki medycznej wraz z serwisem systemu zarządzania badaniami, serwisem systemu zarządzania danymi ultrasonograficznymi, serwisem aplikacji do zdalnego podglądu, serwisem oprogramowania archiwizacji i analizy parametrów życiowych obejmującej integracje z dostarczanymi modułami i interfejsami niezbędnymi do eksportu danych z urządzeń medycznych, usługa wsparcia systemu do zarządzania obrazami i danymi medycznymi, usługi wsparcia dla przeglądarki obrazów z EKG, USG, Elektronicznej Karty Intensywnej Terapii wraz koniecznymi licencjami, usługami i integracją. 2. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 3 do swz. 4. Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do zrealizowania zamówienia na zasadach i warunkach określonych w projekcie umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 5 do swz. 5. Zamawiający informuje, że w ramach realizacji umowy o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji – szczegółowe postanowienia dotyczące realizacji opcji zawiera projekt umowy stanowiący załącznik nr 5 do swz. 6. Zamawiający informuje, że zgodnie z art. 257 ustawy przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierza przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane.
