Hodnocení nabídek bude provedeno v souladu s § 114 ZZVZ podle jejich ekonomické výhodnosti, a to podle nejnižší nabídkové ceny včetně DPH. Pořadí nabídek bude v rámci hodnocení stanoveno tak, že jako nejvhodnější nabídka bude vyhodnocena nabídka s nejnižší nabídkovou cenou, na dalších místech postupně nabídky s vyšší cenou, na posledním místě pak nabídka s nejvyšší nabídkovou cenou. V případě, že dvě a více nabídek bude obsahovat stejnou nabídkovou cenu, bude o konečném pořadí těchto nabídek rozhodnuto losem. O takovémto případném losování bude pořízen záznam, který bude součástí dokumentace o veřejné zakázce. Při losování bude umožněna přítomnost dotčených Účastníků zadávacího řízení.
