Extension of the manufacturer's support package for NGFW (Next Generation Firewall)

The Contracting Authority shall consider that the Contracting Authority has fulfilled the conditions for participation in the procedure, which will demonstrate that it has carried out during the last 3 years, and if the duration of the activity is shorter - during that period, at least 1 contract consisting in providing maintenance services and technical support to the IT environment using solutions of the manufacturer in particular in the field of accident diagnostics, software updates, configurations and service applications To confirm the fulfilment of these conditions in the proceedings, the contractor whose offer will be assessed as the most advantageous shall be called upon to submit a list of services carried out (according to the model set out in Annex 6 to the WWZ) and, in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits also performed, over the last 3 years, and if the duration of the business is shorter, during that period, together with their subject matter, dates of execution and the entities for which the supplies or services have been carried out or are carried out. The list should be accompanied by evidence of whether these supplies or services have been carried out or are duly performed, the evidence in question being references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which the supplies or services have been carried out, and in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits, and if the contractor for reasons beyond his control is unable to obtain those documents, the contractor’s statement; in the case of services which are repeated or continued to be performed, or other documents proving their proper execution should be issued within the last 3 months.

The Contracting Authority shall consider that the Contracting Authority, who has a technical staff (at least one person) with current certificates or other qualifications certified by the manufacturer, entitled to provide technical support services for the system and equipment offered. In order to confirm the fulfilment of these conditions in the procedure, the contractor whose tender will be judged to be the most advantageous shall be called upon to submit a "List of persons" addressed by the contractor for the performance of the public contract, together with information on their professional qualifications, powers, experience and education necessary for the performance of the public contract, as well as on the scope of the activities they perform and on the basis of those persons (Appendix No 7 to the SWI).

The contractor must have the status of an authorized partner of the manufacturer of the offered system and equipment, which entitles to provide technical support services for the offered solutions (which guarantees access to technical support of the manufacturer and update). This is confirmed by signing the declaration in the tender form when submitting the tender and in the contract when signing the contract.
